Have a question? We have answers! Here are some of the answers to the questions that we get asked all the time.

Geek Serv performs on-site or in-home service, so we don’t have a retail location. If you need to drop off your computer with a technician, call and we can arrange the details. Of course, we also provide pickup service!

Our normal service area includes the greater Seattle area as far north as Edmonds/Lynnwood/Everett as far east as Issaquah, as far south as Maple Valley, Auburn, and Federal Way. Our visit fee may be more for clients outside of our normal service area. Call for details.

Geek Serv services both Macs and PCs, all related peripherals and accessories including printers and networking equipment, tablets, and phones. Currently we do not service appliances, car stereos, or audio/visual equipment (including TVs).

A virus is a piece of software or code that inhibits or damages your hardware or software. There are many classes and subcategories of viruses including trojans, rootkits, keyloggers, tracking software, ad software, search hijackers, and fake anti-virus programs. Geek Serv technicians can remove them all for you!

We come to your home or business for as little as $200!

Geek Serv technicians charge $100 for a service fee, then $100 for every half-hour. For example, a 30-minute visit would cost $200. Our visit fee may be more for clients outside of our normal service area. Call for details.

Geek Serv technicians accept cash, check, debit, Bitcoin, Zelle, and all major credit cards – due at the end of your visit.

Geek Serv is a local, independently-owned small business based in Seattle – we have no affiliation with Best Buy or Geek Squad.

At this time we do not repair or replace built-in screens, including ones on laptops, tablets, or phones.
